I am giving a talk in 10 days on "Breastfeeding support in the days of early
discharge" to physicians. I would be interested in practical tips that people
are doing at present to deal with this situation. My suggestions to the MDs
at present include the importance of early (preferally at delivery)
initiation, frequent feeding, rooming in in hospital and an early follow up
appt. Open to other ideas please.
