This is probably right, particularly in the overwintering situation - but as our esteemed colleague pointed out:

In his talk with Dr. Ellis and Amy Vu, Derek quips that the summer condition is akin to the challenge of maintaining appropriate psychrometric conditions for a nursery immediately beside a sugar refinery.
