I am currently in Bogotá but on the way over to Chile in the morning.

I’ve never been to an Apimondia. It has been a learning experience for me
just to get registered, and am still unsure what to expect out of it.

Presentations (if I have the correct information) are limited to 15
minutes, but it appeared to me that Randy Oliver was able to secure 30. I
was taken aback by the brevity.

I would have brought honey to try my hand at competition but decided the
stress and time crunch involved was not worth it. Entering items is very
expensive!

I have been in Colombia learning a bit of culture and trying to improve my
Spanish for 2 weeks prior so I am hoping to meet with plenty of folks and
have opportunities for Spanish when needed.
