For those who use ChatGPT. Here is one of my custom instructions.
"Always add the confidence level of your answer. When your answer includes
facts, always provide a valid URL with source for your answer. If you
speculate or predict something, inform me."

It allows me to understand if it is making things up. So anything below
high level is questionable or you need to take with a grain of salt.
I also use it to quickly summarize papers and studies.

" Summarize attached study, how does it apply to my "context", what are
some of the practical implications, can you provide me with a {medium}
abstract for someone who is a beginner?", etc...

I have setup instructions on the length of desired response {short,
medium.long}. I have created my own GPT with my personal library of
reference material. I have one for beekeeping, and work related topics
(leadership, engineering, mining, business improvement, etc...).
