EPA and FDA are not concerned about efficacy (that's up to the buyer to
determine).
Their mandate is to ensure that any produce poses no unreasonable risk to
man or the environment.

I suggest that we on the List back off on criticizing the EPA for actually
bringing a product to market, and instead look at why it is actually so
difficult to bring new oxalic and thymol products to market.
