How many native species are going to perish because of this effort to
indiscriminately kill those pollinators attracted to the poisoned bait?

Kill the natives in an attempt to save an invasive species from its own
invasive species?

Until the native species collateral damage can be quantified, and analyzed
and scientifically studied, this practice should not take place as per the
precautionary principle. The risk to the natives is simply too great in
my opinion. Besides, the cat is out of the bag...this is too little too
late.
