Seems like AI in its current form is useful for retrieving, analyzing existing information, and getting better at it with more information, training and tweaking. Can it, or will it, ever be capable of true creativity, thinking out of the box, strokes of genius, eureka moments, and be aware that it had come up with something novel and possibly great? Could it have emulated Langstroth's presumed overnight putting together of all the pieces to come up with the application of bee space to frame combs at a standard distance from the box and achieve the until then elusive comb mobility?
I guess one could ask the bots whether they could have done it.
