From photos that have been previously posted here and elsewhere, no ice
forms under insulated lids.
Can anyone please confirm that there is less ice under non-insulated lids
of hives with top ventilation?
It would seem to me that a top vent would make the underside of the lid
even cooler, and thus more prone to condensation.
Observations please????
