…and no surprise, the yellow-legged hornet, Vespa velutina,  are more
well-established than initially suspected.

For those who load their own shells for 12-gauge, I have a lab-tested recipe
for a subsonic, very low-recoil, shell with ½ oz of #1 Buck appropriate for
these hornets, even in suburban settings.
