Robinia pseudoacacia
> Black locust is actually native to the southeastern U.S., but is considered an invasive outside of that range. Once introduced to an area, black locust spreads easily into areas where its shade eliminates competition from other (sun-loving) plants. It is a very fast-growing tree that reproduces vigorously by root suckering.
