Move to the Czech Republic for retirement. There is health care that is decent for beekeepers. It's also the only reason I haven't emigrated a long time ago.
The problem in the EU is currently very cheap honey flowing through and from Ukraine.

So it is clear that the Dalan activity would have to be paid by the seller and the manufacturer of the vaccine, not the beekeepers. Because beekeepers have no chance to find resources in the budget with their costs for honey production. There are big existential dramas regarding the sale of honey at bee farms. The EU is becoming untrustworthy for agricultural activity. Because of the one-sided policy to earn what it can at the expense of everything.
The evidence is clear, the production price of honey does not exceed €6/kg (cca2 pounds). Tax costs have risen by 10-20% over the last year, and this is in tax levies, where nothing has been raised for a long time. Changing careers means going to a job that starts at a minimum. Basic food prices rose by 30%. The production of raw materials for food production, such as flour and sugar, was halved thanks to magic and the wartime Silk Roads from the East.
