Kathryn Hobbs asked about materials. Depending on where you live, there is a wealth of materials. National Childbirth Trust (UK), La Leche, most breastfeeding support organizations have videos, slides, leaflets, posters etc. At one time I was teaching ultra-orthodox Jewish women in Haifa and I got hold of a folder of very modest breastfeeding mini-posters which were very useful. I think I got them from TALC, Talking Aids at Low Cost, which were available from a department of London University at the time.
All the best, Wendy Blumfield
