Just be aware that they cite Lussier's study of manual expression as 
proving that it's not as effective in achieving adequate milk volumes, 
when the hand expressing moms in that study were only getting 'half' the 
dose of expressing vs. the pumping moms. I'd like to see a study that 
compares apples to apples.
