Dear Lactnet Friends:

Pat Young gave a lovely review of Maureen's incredible book.

As what we do affects our epigenetics, the thought of what we are doing to
our species by using milk from another is frightening, but no more
frightening than humans poisoning their own air and soil, and filling the
ocean with trash.

Our milk is metabolic programming for our metabolism. One can make a Mac
program work on a PC, but it won't be efficient, will be expensive and will
always have glitches. So it is with milk for babies.

sigh . .
