I have the feeling it is quite rare: none about it in books;
I had checked also in Journal of Human Lactation because I have membership
with ILCA, but I had not tried with other of "our" Journals; I had a look
on the ABA website, it does not seem I have access to old articles of
Breastfeeding Review. And my budget is limited for another membership I
must admit. Anyway I have your clinical case that you shared,  so it helps
already a very lot!! And I will try to get access this article:-)
