I would be interested in hearing other’s experiences in the past year or two relative to the pump companies’ sizing charts for pump flanges.  I have gotten SOOOO many phone calls asking if I have size 21’s or smaller because the charts are saying the mom needs a small flange- then when I see them, in my opinion they not only DON’T need a smaller flange- they indeed need a larger size.  I am finding milk supplies are being compromised….are you all hearing and seeing issues with flange sizes?
