I am currently working with a lady to induce lactation for her cousin's baby. She began pumping rigorously about 4 weeks ago, but we just had our first consultation. She already feels heavier, fuller, darker areolas, and bigger just from pumping. Should she skip the birth control completely and just start with domperidone? Thank you
