We have a patient who gets a Haldol injection once a month, 75mg IM. Hale rates this med as an L3 - probably compatible but the doses in his cited studies are smaller than one our patient gets. Anyone know if there is any reason to caution her about breastfeeding with this dose? Frank Nice?
Thanks
