Dear Lactnet Friends:
I second Jeanette's request as I am teaching a group of insurance community
navigators who have time constraints and scripts that set them up to answer
the concern, "I'm worried about my milk supply" without gathering any
information about the mother or the baby or breastfeeding!
And that's just one example. I was astounded, and so were they, once they
saw how it is impossible to give the best advice without having any basic
information!
