Dear Kathleen – Thank you for letting us know about Norma…and also updating us on how you are doing. It’s good to hear that you are getting better. We all hope you and Norma keep improving. I will e-mail Norma a note, too.

Best regards,

Lee

RE: Good evening... I got a note this evening from a friend of Norma‘s. Norma had been discharged from the hospital, Albany medical center, last Friday.

She went to rehab center nearby and since then the infection in her leg has returned. It was actually an abscess that has ruptured and she is having surgery tomorrow. I’m sure she and her family would appreciate any good that you can send her away. It’s scary to have an infection that will not budge and we are hoping that it does not show up in her bone.

I’m out lighter note I have had my cast removed after six weeks and I am in and out in a walking boot. It helps but it sort of feels like the cone of shame that I brought my dog. I am getting better slowly. Sending good thoughts to everybody and love to all Kathleen
