Hello,
A woman who is exclusively pumping has very swollen nipples and multiple milk blebs on both sides. The flange size is correct. Any ideas why she keeps getting clogged nipple pores? She has done epsom salt soaks, manual compression, warm washcloths, olive oil on cotton balls with some success but continues to get them. Thanks all!
