Hi Pat,
If she has not had any milk production by now with this degree of blood loss, she probably has Sheehan's syndrome where the blood loss has permanently impacted her pituitary. You can help her with a supplementer if she chooses to feed her baby at the breast. I don't know that she would ever produce milk for her baby.
