A few years ago, I looked up botox and breastfeeding and came across
several articles and opinions.  It seems to be safe, unless the mother
comes down with the side effects that they always mention in the TV ads.
No references at the moment (on my phone), but easy to find.  (The
references that said 'no' did not offer evidence, but said to avoid "just
in case.")

Also, food allergies or sensitivities sometimes cause migraines, but I'd
guess this mama has already ruled out chocolate and red wine.
