I agree that the usual course of managing the situation would be to allow
that breast involute. Having said that, however, as to what actually could
be done - I am sure that there are plastic surgeons that could create
openings after determining if there are functioning glands and ducts which
there seem to be. I mean I'm sure this would be a costly endeavor depending
on the Healthcare System there Etc but there are surgeons that reconnect
hands rebuild faces and all of these things I do not think it would be that
difficult for someone like that to be able to create nipple pores. Laurie
