Not taking Reglan yet, that was the reason for the lab test. I was hesitant to prescribe Reglan unless needed d/t side effect profile. But she has been taking fenugreek. Considering Reglan, although we did also discuss domperidone.  Just wasn't sure if normal baseline and no surge would be an indication for a medication that we use to increase prolactin levels. Expected a low baseline level. Any suggestions greatly appreciated!
