Hi everyone! If anyone has any insight here, I'd very much appreciate it.
I'm seeing a mom who has numerous issues, but our most immediate is getting
the right size flange fit. She is able to pump 2.5-5 depending on the time
of day. Had a clog last week that resolved. Pumping has been
painful/uncomfortable. She uses a very low suction (2-3 on the Spectra; she
cannot go above a 5 due to pain) and has found some relief using Pumpin
Pals flanges versus the Spectra ones. She tried the Willow, but their
largest size was too tight. Pumpin Pals large is the best fit so far, but
her nipple is still filling the flange and is rubbing the sides to the
point of discomfort. Any thoughts/suggestions? She could still try the
Spectra 32 mm but that seems like our only option left, unless there are
some other options I am not aware of.

I can send pictures to whoever who like to take a look, but I don't believe
I can attach them to the list.

PTP from mom.
