Hi everyone.
I just spoke at a conference and had someone come up to me and mention that they and their colleagues have noticed that breastfeeding parents taking subutex--typically for opioid addictions-- seem to make "lots of milk." I mentioned this to someone else at the conference, who said "oh yes, we see the same thing; why haven't we realized it before?" I would like to know if anyone else has observed this. Hale's book mentioned that it "might" reduce milk production and he doesn't see why it would help it.
