Hello All,

I have a friend who just moved from El Paso, TX to the Philadelphia area.  She is applying for a job as an IBCLC and is finding  that there is a huge pay differential for non-RNs.  She is a doula and an IBCLC with a master's in science.  

If any of you are aware of salaries for the east coast near Philly for IBCLCs she would find it very helpful in her job negotiations.  Any information at all will help. Could you please share?
