I've found numerous women creating an oversupply with the silicone pump by
using it at most feedings. It works really well with an engorged breast.
When a mother tells me she is using this pump, we discuss how often she is
using it and how it has the potential to create an overabundance of milk.

It doesn't work with all breasts but many women love these pumps!
