Hello all,I thought that I had read that there were changes to milk storage recommended times recently, but now cannot find the source. I'm wondering if anyone has any information on the recommended time to use previously frozen thawed milk changing from 24 to 48 hours recently? Thank you for any help. The CDC and HMBANA still list 24 hours. Kellymom says 24 to 48 hours, but not sure what that is based on. Thank you.Tricia Shamblin, RN, IBCLC
