I have not thought of this before, either, but I can think of one easy way to "screen" for this... orgasm releases oxytocin and that would hit the breast. Has anyone ever noticed colostrum leakage during orgasm when pregnant?

Another factor of interest would be the refractory condition of the oxytocin receptors in the breast during pregnancy.

On the other hand, if a woman is breastfeeding during pregnancy, she assumedly continues to have milk ejections.
