Yesterday I read about epithelial cells in breast milk . I only glanced at the article briefly and wanted to have a good look today - but now I can't find it! Apparently the epithelial cells are actually active and not dead as previously thought. They clump and form mammoshpheres (???) that actually produce more milk - if I remember correctly. I am hoping someone can let me know where to find this information again.
Many thanks
