Hello Polly,

I have the same concerns as you do! All these flange sizes and conflicting
information is confusing. This is a link to a video
<https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TpAnNNpRwx8&t=72s> I helped put together
with IABLE/The Milk Mob. It is a good place to start. (I have no financial
interest.)

With all the new breast pumps out there, it can be difficult and expensive
for families to find the sizes they need that work with the pump they own.
I work with lower income families and the struggle is real! Many families
have no control over what pump they receive and there may be few to no
options for alternate flange sizes.

I keep a set of some flexible flanges that work with multiple pumps
(avoiding promoting them by including the brand name!) which I sterilize
and have them try out. They have to purchase what they decide on online
which is a barrier.

I look forward to other options that don't require a fee. Following this
topic!
