Georganne,

I have encountered many surrogate mothers that decide to either exclusively pump for the family that they carried a baby for and/or for donation to either a milk bank or through Human Milk for Human Babies/Eats On Feets. 
If a surrogate mom is willing and a family is comfortable with an informal donation, I don’t see why that should be an issue. It’s a very selfless act that has the baby’s best intrest at heart.
