I think it depends on how well you know the dentist  and how you see  results from his/her  procedures. I just saw a 3 week old baby whose TT was.  scissor  clipped on day of life 4. No "exercises"  told to mom.  It had healed right back down.  Baby not gaining well and mom in pain.... Pat in SNJ
