Hi Molly,

So after many years of experience, I really think that moms with recurrent
plugged ducts, with no explanation, have some type of abnormal ducts in
that area - maybe very small, maybe with abnormal shape or interior
surface. Perhaps the best suggestion is to try different methods and then
stick with whatever seems to work the best. Ultrasound seems promising to
me, since I've seen so many other things that don't work consistantly. Only
time will tell.
