Are there any IBCLCs in Nicaragua? Or anyone interested in traveling to Nicaragua on their own dime? 😬 My friends could house you but that’s about it. Anyone looking for an adventure? I’m especially looking for someone with experience in inducing lactation. There is a family willing to take in a two week old infant abandoned by his teen mother, but they cannot afford to formula feed the baby so breastfeeding success is absolutely critical. I am helping via email/text but this is not an area I have a ton of experience in and I would love for this potential adoptive mom to have good in person help.
