Just curious if you have ruled out a faulty seal with the stem valve on the Symphony. Has she tried replacing the stem and valves? Has she considered ultrasonic vibration on the breast while pumping or trying an oxytocin nasal spray to aid let down? The spray has to compounded and can be difficult to get ahold of but it has worked in a case similar to what you are describing.
