Hello fellow LacNetters,

We have had ongoing issues with loose yellow valves on the stem of kits which cause low and faulty vacuum on one or both sides. When the yellow valve is replaced the issue is resolved and the mom reports the suction is much improved. I have contacted our rep and her team multiple times, sending back defective product, but they are saying they are not having this complaint elsewhere. Has anyone had this problem lately? The rep said this issue had happened a few years ago but was resolved. Apparently one of their molds for the valve was too large. Unfortunately for us, this problem has been ongoing for the past several months and it is happening with more regularity and wondering if this is on anyone else's radar?!?! Obviously this can really impact a mother's milk production, especially when it isn't caught right away. Please be advised and thank you for any feedback.
