I am 47 and we definitely still boycott and so do many people in my town! A few years ago Nestle bought a local water well and is trying to extract our water and sell it. A large water bottling plant already exists just 40 minutes away and has had a significant impact on our shared aquifer. My town is peppered with “Stop Nestle” and “Save Our Water” and “Water for Life Not Profit” lawn signs. It is because of the campaign in my area that Ontario has placed a moratorium on new permits to extract water in the province. Nestle is in the process of selling their water extraction business to smaller companies but the campaign continues!
