Domperidone might work if low prolactin levels are the issue.
With PCOS, there are more relevant issues than low prolactin levels.
I would suggest metformin as a possible galactogogue (or Goat's Rue if you wish to use a herbal galactogogue):
* Approved Use / Action: Antidiabetic; PCOS / antidiabetic that improves insulin resistance
* Adverse Effects: diarrhea and GIT upset, especially if large amounts are initiated abruptly
* Dose : 500 mg-2500 mg per day taken in two divided doses x 3-10 weeks
* Outcomes: Unknown method of action (related to galegin in Goat’s Rue); metformin works best when adequate mammary tissue is present; RID = 0.28-0.65%
