There are lots but off the top of my head Rachel King
<http://rachel-king.com> and Barbara Ryan <http://barbaraibclc.com> come to
mind. Both are IBCLCs who have taken TOTs specific training. Tamara Hawkins
is office-only in Harlem. Barbara Cohen is amazing too but I don't think
she goes outside of Manhattan. Rebecca Koyf has also gotten TOTs training
but she may not go to Yonkers. I saw I got tagged below but I don't go to
Yonkers.
