Hi,
When babies have cardiac arrhythmias, it is best to talk to the baby's cardiologist about the safety of mom taking a calcium channel blocker, like nifedipine, or a medication such as domperidone since domperidone prolongs the QT interval. Even if the cardiologist says it's OK, it is important for the physician to know about this.
