Dear Leslie,
It is true that serious illnesses do affect our body's "performance" in all
arenas. I am hopeful, with the suggestions you provided, that things will
rebound soon. Other ideas:
I agree, pump maintenance can be overlooked, altho I don't think it's a
major factor here - change the valve/membrane, for example - but even
better, rent a multi-user pump, e.g. Symphony or Platinum - for the short
term
increase fluids and electrolytes, e.g. Gatorade type drinks
Rest as much as possible, if working, take some days off.

Subject: Wisdom need
Hi everyone,
PTP-Mother of preterm triplets is having a difficult time getting up one time at night to pump which leaves her with sore breasts that are very full in the morning. She is pumping 6-7 times per day. She has other children at home to manage as well. She experienced mastitis with her last child and wants to avoid this. We talked through different ideas to help her manage her supply, but if any of you have suggestions, please let me know. Thanks!

Any infant feeding specialists, occupational therapists, etc. near Santa Maria, CA? Looking for follow up after frenotomy and someone who has experience with partial facial paralysis.
Thanks!
