Hello Lactnetters,
Does anyone have any insight regarding intermittent "clicking" while breastfeeding in an infant with no lingual restrictions? Infant's latch was optimal with good transfer. Mother denied any nipple pain while nursing. No improvement with positioning changes, etc... I'm stumped. Any suggestions?

Thanks,
 Amy
