The question is posed: Is there any way that human milk from a Human Milk
Banking Assn of No America (HMBANA) milk bank could be traceable for
donors, to help those whose religious or cultural beliefs preclude use of
pooled milk from unknown donors.

That is something HMBANA banks do NOT do. Anonymity of donors (and pooling
of several donors' milk to make a "batch") is a key part of their operation
model.

There are some lovely articles that describe the concept of "milk kinship,"
and ways in which parents and healthcare providers have found a work-around
that gets milk to babies in need, with the full-on consent and knowledge of
both donor and donee. Often, religious leaders are consulted to assure the
practice complies with traditions in light of medical need.
