Sonya shared good points from the recent ILCA conference, on when this is
most likely, if it happens.  I would like to add: it makes sense always to
ask, "What else is happening?" .Sometimes it is nothing, but this is a good
question as it can result in picking up a factor that was missed, or seemed
unimportant.
It is also good to check the parents' technique as regards their gentle
follow-up work.
