Thanks for responding!  She is using bottles.  I believe they are Avent.  I recommended slow flow nipples.  Not sure what brand she is using.  Recommendations?  I will see how she feels about at-breast supplementing.  She is already prepared to only pump since she will be returning to work in less than a month.  My concern is, if my suspicions are correct about the tongue tie, that baby will end up just sucking on the tube but will give it a try if Mom is willing.  I suggested she start power pumping a few days ago when she reported even lower amounts after only a few days of exclusive pumping.  I believe she is still putting infant to breast for stimulation but I did recommend pumping after every feeding for minimum 15 mins.
