Is anyone familiar with a Ped ENT, dentist or other provider in Savannah GA who is experienced with assessing posterior tongue tie and treatment? The ENTs at my facility will only do a frenulectomy on prominent anterior frenulums and have always said "infant does not have a tongue tie" on any other ones. I just need someone else to refer them to.
