Just a few thoughts on this. The presence of two lots of grandparents
doesn't help, does it!
How is this paediatrician/mother supplementing? Is she using bottles and,
if so what type? I'd suggest only supplementing with a supplementary tube
device, and ;power pumping. I realise these devices are fiddly to use at
first, but this is wroth a try.
